Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents

Qualifications:
Licensed Indiana attorney in good standing
A few years of experience in business law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions
Superior analytical, writing, and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
